- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Toss blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice together gently in a bowl
Put some flour on a surface and roll out the puff pastry
Then, cut it into squares

Put the tartlets on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the filling is bubbling and the pastry is golden brown
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit
