Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
Dip chicken pieces in milk, then coat with the flour mixture
Place coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat
Stir in buffalo sauce and heat until warmed through
Toss baked chicken pieces in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated
