Gluten-Free Sheet Pan Pesto Chicken



This gluten-free sheet pan pesto chicken recipe is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines tender chicken breasts with vibrant asparagus, sweet cherry tomatoes, and crunchy walnuts. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a fuss-free meal prep option.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free pesto
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

Put chicken breasts on a parchment-covered baking sheet

Put the same amount of pesto on each chicken breast

Set the chicken in the middle of the asparagus and cherry tomatoes

Add salt and pepper to taste to everything

The chicken and vegetables should have chopped walnuts on top of them

Spread olive oil out over the whole baking sheet

Put it in an oven that has already been heated up and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the vegetables are soft

Enjoy while hot!
